1. Dimension Parameters
- Conductor: Made of high-purity oxygen-free copper with conductivity ≥97%, covering a diameter range from Φ0.20 mm to Φ5.00 mm. It supports multiple structures including single-strand, 7-strand, 19-strand, 37-strand, 49-strand and 61-strand regular stranding, with a stranding pitch ratio controlled within 12-20 to ensure excellent flexibility for winding and embedding operations. The diameter tolerance of a single conductor is strictly limited to ±0.02 mm, and the overall wire diameter tolerance is controlled within ±0.05 mm.
- Insulation & Sheath: The XLPE insulating layer and PA protective sheath are tightly extruded and bonded. For typical application cases, the 3.75 mm single-strand conductor is matched with a total outer diameter of 9.5 mm after insulation and sheath cladding, which effectively improves the slot filling rate of the motor stator and increases the power density of the equipment.
2. Electrical Performance
- Rated Voltage: The standard rated voltage covers 450/750V and 600/1000V, and customized products can support a maximum voltage level of 10kV, adapting to the voltage requirements of submersible motors of different power levels.
- Voltage Withstand Performance: It can withstand a 3000V power frequency voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown after being immersed in water, and the dielectric loss tangent value of high-voltage models is no more than 0.008, ensuring stable insulation performance under long-term water immersion.
- Dielectric Strength: The breakdown strength of the XLPE insulating layer reaches more than 25 kV/mm, which effectively suppresses partial discharge and electrical corona, and meets the operation requirements of variable frequency working conditions in the range of 20Hz to 100Hz.
3. Environmental & Mechanical Performance
- Temperature Resistance: The long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor can reach 90℃, which is significantly higher than the 70℃ temperature resistance level of ordinary polyethylene insulated winding wires, effectively improving the continuous operation efficiency of the motor.
- Water & Corrosion Resistance: It can operate stably for a long time in a water environment with a pH value of 6.5 to 8.5. The 24-hour water absorption rate of the polyamide sheath is ≤1.5%, which can resist the erosion of common media such as acid, alkali, salt and oil in water.
- Mechanical Properties: The tensile strength of the XLPE insulating layer is ≥12 MPa, and the tensile strength of the polyamide sheath is as high as ≥50 MPa. It has excellent tear resistance and wear resistance, and can withstand the mechanical stress during winding, embedding and long-term underwater operation. The conductor rebound angle is controlled between 3° and 5°, which is convenient for precise winding of the motor.
