ZHENGZHOU TASUU WINDINGWIRE INDUSTRY CO.,LTD
Quality Inspection & Testing
We implement differentiated, professional quality inspection and performance testing for different types of winding wires and conductive materials, following corresponding international and industrial standards. Every batch undergoes targeted tests matching its structure, working environment and application scenario.
By adopting category-specific inspection standards and customized testing items for enameled wire, paper covered wire, fiberglass covered wire, submersible motor winding wire, Kapton film wrapped wire, copper foil and aluminum foil separately, we carry out refined, categorized quality control for our full product portfolio. We preserve complete batch testing records, support issuing test reports, and satisfy diversified technical and quality requirements for industrial clients across electrical manufacturing, new energy, submersible equipment and special electrical fields.
Enameled Winding Wire (Magnet Wire)
For conventional enameled copper/aluminum wire, our full inspection list focuses on the enamel insulation layer, electrical performance and mechanical properties:
– Dimensional inspection: Conductor diameter tolerance, enamel film thickness, overall outer dimension
– Electrical performance test: Breakdown voltage / dielectric strength test, pinhole test (pin hole count in enamel layer)
– Thermal performance test: Heat resistance class verification, thermal shock resistance test
– Mechanical property test: Elongation rate, tensile strength, mandrel winding flexibility test
– Chemical & surface test: Solvent resistance test, surface finish and coating uniformity check
– Batch sampling inspection and pre-shipment visual appearance check
These tests guarantee stable insulation, heat resistance and mechanical stability for transformers, motors, home appliances and new energy electrical devices.
Paper Covered Winding Wire
Paper covered wire adopts insulating paper as the outer insulation layer, so our inspection focuses more on paper wrapping tightness, paper integrity and overall insulation structure:
– Conductor size inspection and straightness check
– Paper wrapping inspection: Wrapping overlap rate, wrapping tightness, no paper breakage, crease or damage
– Insulation resistance and voltage withstand test for the whole paper-insulated structure
– Moisture content check of insulating paper material
– Flex bending test to verify the paper layer will not crack during winding
– Visual inspection for uneven wrapping, gaps or damaged paper layers
– Packaging protection inspection for bulk spools, to avoid paper abrasion during transportation
It is mainly used for high-voltage transformers, reactors and heavy electrical equipment, so we emphasize the integrity and uniformity of the paper insulation layer.
Fiberglass Covered Winding Wire
Fiberglass covered wire uses glass fiber yarn wrapped and impregnated with varnish, with high heat resistance and mechanical abrasion resistance. Our targeted testing items include:
– Glass fiber wrapping density, wrapping uniformity and impregnation saturation degree of the varnish
– High temperature heat resistance and thermal aging test
– Dielectric voltage withstand test of the fiberglass composite insulation layer
– Abrasion resistance rub test for the outer glass fiber layer
– Flex winding test to confirm the glass layer will not fray or peel under bending
– Humidity and environmental adaptability test
– Outer surface texture and wrapping layer integrity inspection
This wire is widely used in high-temperature working condition motors, generators and special electrical equipment, so we strictly test its high-temperature stability and outer layer durability.
Kapton (Polyimide Film) Covered Winding Wire
Kapton (PI polyimide film) wrapped wire features ultra-high temperature resistance, thin uniform insulation and excellent dielectric property, used for high-temperature, precision electrical equipment. Our special testing items:
– Film wrapping tightness, overlap uniformity, no film tearing or wrinkling
– Ultra-high temperature thermal aging resistance test, high heat resistance grade verification
– Dielectric strength and breakdown voltage test of the polyimide film layer
– Mandrel winding flexibility test to check film adhesion after bending
– Chemical solvent resistance, acid and oil resistance test
– Thin film thickness consistency test
– Thermal shock test under extreme temperature difference
– Surface defect inspection for tiny scratches, gaps or film delamination
It is widely used for high-temperature transformers, aerospace components, special precision motors and high-grade electrical coils.
Copper Foil & Aluminum Foil
For flat conductive copper foil and aluminum foil used for windings, busbars, electromagnetic shielding and coil applications, our inspection focuses on material purity, thickness uniformity, surface quality and conductivity:
– Foil thickness tolerance, width dimension flatness inspection
– Material purity & conductivity test (electrical resistivity test)
– Surface roughness, oxidation spot, stain, scratch and pinhole visual inspection
– Tensile strength, elongation rate and bending fatigue test (check for cracking after repeated folding)
– Edge trimming quality, no burrs or sharp edge defects
– Flatness and hardness test
– Anti-oxidation surface treatment layer inspection
– Batch size sorting and packing inspection to avoid scratching during transit
These tests control the stability of conductive performance and processing performance for customers’ stamping, winding and shielding production.
Submersible Motor Winding Wire
Submersible winding wire works long-term underwater, in humid, water-immersed working conditions, so our testing focuses heavily on water resistance, insulation stability in water, anti-corrosion and long-term aging performance:
– Conductor dimension, insulation wall thickness uniformity inspection
– Water soak insulation resistance test (long-term immersion test in water)
– Withstand voltage test after water immersion
– Anti-corrosion performance test of the outer insulating sheath against underground water medium
– Cold & heat alternating aging test (temperature cycle test simulating underground water environment)
– Flex winding test for coil forming during motor production
– Outer jacket adhesion, pinhole and waterproof layer integrity test
– Long-term damp environment stability aging test
– Batch pre-shipment tightness and surface defect inspection
These strict tests ensure the wire maintains stable electrical insulation and service life inside submersible pumps and underwater motors.
