Aluminium strip inherits all the excellent inherent properties of aluminium metal, with a density of only about 1/3 of steel, which makes it extremely lightweight while maintaining considerable strength, greatly reducing the self-weight of the equipment during application. Its natural surface will quickly form a dense and stable oxide protective film, giving it excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, and no additional anti-rust coating is required in most outdoor environments.
In terms of thermal and electrical conductivity, the thermal conductivity of aluminium strip is about three times that of ordinary steel, and the conductivity reaches 61% IACS, making it an ideal high-efficiency heat conduction and current-carrying material. It also has excellent processability, which can be easily completed through stamping, bending, stretching, welding and other processes, and can be made into complex-shaped components without cracking or deformation. In addition, aluminium strip has full recyclability, and the energy consumption required for secondary recycling is only 5% of that for primary smelting, which is a typical environmentally friendly green metal material that meets the global low-carbon manufacturing trend.
