Flat enameled cca wire has excellent tensile strength and elongation, with the elongation rate reaching over 20% after special annealing treatment, which effectively prevents conductor breakage during high-speed winding. Its unique flat structure gives it superior springback resistance, and the automatic springback angle after bending is far smaller than that of round wire, making it easier to form compact and neat coils. The enameled insulation layer has strong adhesion and friction resistance: after repeated 180° bending and friction tests, the paint film does not crack or fall off, which can withstand the mechanical extrusion and vibration impact during the operation of electrical equipment.
Flat enameled cca wire supports multiple temperature resistance grades ranging from 130°C (B class) to 240°C (HC class), and customized grades up to 260°C can be provided for special high-temperature scenarios. The flat conductor structure greatly expands the contact area between the wire and the heat dissipation medium, making the heat conduction path inside the coil shorter and the heat dissipation efficiency more than 30% higher than that of round wire, which effectively reduces the hotspot temperature rise of electrical equipment under continuous load. The dense multi-layer enamel insulation has high dielectric strength, low dielectric loss, and partial discharge resistance, which can maintain stable insulation performance for a long time under the impact of inverter pulse voltage, greatly extending the service life of the winding.
