This series of wires uses high-purity drawn aluminium as the inner conductor, which can be customized into round, flat or special cross-section shapes according to different winding requirements. The outer insulation layer adopts a multi-layer wrapping process of high-temperature-resistant polyimide film coated with adhesive. Through precise high-temperature sintering treatment, the PI film layers are tightly fused with each other and firmly bonded to the aluminium conductor surface, forming a continuous, seamless integrated insulating protective layer. For special application scenarios, it can also be upgraded to a composite structure of PI + F46 (fluoropolymer) film, further enhancing the insulation’s sealing performance and chemical corrosion resistance, eliminating the hidden risk of interlayer delamination that easily occurs in ordinary wrapped wires.
In terms of temperature resistance, the PI insulation layer gives the wire a long-term stable operating temperature of up to 220°C, and it can withstand short-term peak temperatures of 300°C without insulation melting or cracking. Its insulation thickness can be controlled as thin as 0.03mm, which effectively improves the slot fill factor of the winding, allowing more conductors to be arranged in the limited stator slot space, and the heat dissipation efficiency is increased by more than 25% compared with traditional enameled wires. It also has excellent voltage resistance, radiation resistance and low-temperature adaptability, which can maintain stable performance in the temperature range from -60°C to 220°C, and will not become brittle or crack even under extreme low-temperature conditions.
