PE2+PA submersible motor winding wire is purpose-engineered for long-term submerged operation in wet-type submersible motors, with a layered structure optimized for both electrical and mechanical performance. The innermost core is a high-purity solid or stranded oxygen-free copper conductor, which ensures stable conductivity and minimizes energy loss even under continuous deep-well operation.

Directly coated on the copper conductor is the inner insulation layer made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE2). This cross-linking treatment significantly improves the material’s molecular stability, laying a solid foundation for the wire’s excellent heat resistance and electrical isolation performance. The outermost protective sheath is made of high-performance polyamide (PA), which forms a tough, wear-resistant barrier that shields the inner PE2 layer from mechanical abrasion during motor winding, installation, and long-term underwater service.

The standard production diameter range of this wire spans from 0.8mm to 3.4mm, and its smooth surface finish and moderate softness allow for easy, damage-free winding during motor manufacturing, avoiding insulation cracking that often occurs with ordinary winding wires.
