The outer PA (polyamide) sheath provides the primary waterproof barrier, featuring extremely low water absorption (less than 0.5%) and high-density molecular structure, effectively preventing liquid penetration. The middle XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation layer, through chemical cross-linking, forms a three-dimensional network structure that is insoluble and non-melting, further enhancing the overall waterproof and moisture-proof performance. Even when the outer sheath is slightly damaged, the XLPE layer can still maintain insulation integrity, preventing moisture from reaching the conductor. The inner HL (high-temperature enamel) layer, with its excellent chemical stability and adhesion, serves as the final line of defense, ensuring the copper conductor is completely isolated from moisture.
This wire can operate continuously at temperatures up to 105°C, with short-term peak tolerance reaching 130°C, meeting the heat dissipation requirements of submersible pumps during long-term high-load operation. The cross-linked structure of XLPE gives it excellent thermal aging resistance and shape stability at high temperatures, preventing deformation or softening. The HL enamel layer provides high dielectric strength, with insulation breakdown voltage exceeding 8kV/mm, ensuring electrical safety even under water immersion and high humidity conditions. The overall insulation resistance remains above 1000 MΩ·km, effectively preventing leakage current and ensuring motor efficiency.
