Enameled Aluminium Wire

Enameled aluminum wire is a specialized winding conductor constructed with a high-purity aluminum core coated in continuous, pinhole-free enamel insulation. Its nominal conductor diameter ranges from 0.08mm to 5.00mm, with intermediate sizes strictly aligned to the R 40 series specified in IEC 60228, covering both fine wire for miniature sensors and thick wire for industrial low-voltage windings.

For thermal performance, it supports customizable temperature ratings from Class 120 to Class 220, with options of PE, PEI and PAI composite enamel systems. The Class 180 variant can sustain long-term continuous operation at 180°C, and passes the 30-minute thermal shock test at 220°C without any cracking or peeling of the coating.

In terms of electrical properties, its 20°C linear resistance strictly follows the calculation method defined in IEC standards. For a 1.00mm nominal diameter wire, the measured resistance stays within 5.5Ω/km to 5.9Ω/km. The breakdown voltage of Grade 2 enamel film exceeds 4.5kV, and the smooth, scratch-resistant coating surface effectively reduces winding friction, making it fully compatible with automated high-speed winding equipment.
